UBER SAME-DAY DELIVERY

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    When opting for same-day delivery during checkout, you can select your preferred delivery window. The available delivery windows range from 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm, to 4:00-6:00pm, depending on the checkout time.
  • IS UBER SAME-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE EVERYWHERE?

    Uber same-day delivery is currently available in select US cities.
  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?

    You will receive emails updates when your order is confirmed, picked-up, and delivered. Once the courier has picked up your order from a Le Labo boutique, you will receive an email with a live tracking link.
  • CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IN REAL-TIME?

    Yes. Once the courier has picked up your order from a Le Labo boutique, you will receive an email with a live tracking link.
  • DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?

    All orders require a signature upon delivery. If someone is not available to receive the order, the order will be cancelled and returned to the store.
  • WILL I BE CHARGED IF I MISS MY ORDER DELIVERY?

    Le Labo will initiate a refund if the attempted delivery fails. Charges will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
  • CAN I CONTACT MY SAME-DAY DELIVERY COURIER?

    Yes. After the courier has collected your order from a Le Labo boutique, you will receive an email with a live tracking link where you may access direct contact with the courier. Please note that your courier may be unable to respond right away if driving.
  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING?

    Modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Modifications cannot be made once the order has been placed.
  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

    Once your order is delivered, you will need to personally take the order back to the store for return. The courier cannot return on your behalf. Please review our Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information on returns in the U.S.
  • I PLACED MY ORDER WITH THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    Once the order is placed, the delivery address cannot be updated. Please carefully review your delivery details in checkout before confirming your order.
  • MY ORDER HAS MISSING AND/OR DAMAGED ITEM(S). WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • WHY IS SAME-DAY DELIVERY NOT AN OPTION IN CHECKOUT FOR ME?

    Currently, same-day delivery is only available from Monday-Friday during business hours in select US cities. If this option is not available, kindly choose from our alternative delivery methods.
  • SHOULD I TIP MY SAME-DAY DELIVERY COURIER?

    The delivery fee already covers gratuities; there's no need for additional tips.
